Rockfish has experienced much success in its forty-plus years of existence.  Nestled on 486 acres in the Sandhills region of North Carolina at the intersection of Hoke, Cumberland and Robeson counties, and bordering the picturesque Lake Upchurch, Camp Rockfish is ideally placed for a great experience for all center guests.

The center experienced much growth at the end of the nineties with the construction of the Bergland Retreat Center, which has both hotel style rooms and a conference center, and the construction of four additional cabins, each suitable for sleeping up to twenty people.  Today Rockfish is a welcoming place for all types of visitors:  from those here for a business conference, to youth on their confirmation retreat, to boy scouts on their first tent camping experience.  All groups receive our highest level of Christian hospitality and openness to share God’s love.

Rockfish Camp and Retreat Center is more than you might expect.  We are more than just a summer camp; we are open 12 months a year 7 days a week, for all types of events and retreats.  Your imagination is our limitation; we encourage all guests to think outside-the-box to create the most memorable event for your group.
