DescriptionCampers have the choice of staying either 2 nights or 5 nights, depending on which session is chosen. We cater to the entire family at Camp Pine Tree, from opening day when you move your camper into their cabin and meet the camp staff for the first time, to the last day as the entire family is invited to the awards ceremony. Understanding that this is possibly a child’s first time away from home, we believe that safety is our first priority and fun will follow! We focus on building camper’s independence and self-confidence. A typical day at camp starts with a wake up call at 7:00 a.m., followed by flag raising and an inter-faith chapel service. After breakfast, campers head out to the camp activities available that day, including a variety of sports, art, nature and waterfront activities. Campers ages 8, 9 and 10 will also experience a field trip day to our sister camp, YMCA Camp Cullen where they will take a tour of the cabins and experience many of Camp Cullen’s activities which could include waterskiing, banana boating, Alpine Ropes Tower and more! Evenings are special times for larger group activities, including campfires, group games, carnival, talent shows and other counselor-led activities. Details
