Donated to the Wyoming Conference in the 1960's, Mills Spring Ranch is a part of the Rocky Mountain Conference and is used year round for youth camps and family reunions.
Information on Property and Camp Facilities
The camp has a large kitchen and dining room which seats approximately 125 people. The auditorium accommodates about 300 people. There are also several meeting halls, three self-contained cabins, 13 bunkhouse double cabins, several RV and tent spaces with electricity, 160 acres of meadows and forests, a shower house and bathroom.
Camp Programs and Special Features
Summer activities include archery, volleyball, and group games. Winter activities include cross-country skiing, downhill snowskiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, sledding, and snowshoeing.

Directions to Camp
Take Exit 185 from I-25. Take Wyoming Boulevard south (loop) around to Casper Mountain Road. Turn left (south). Go up the mountain to Bear Trap Meadow Park, then take a left onto East End Road. Take the next left into Tower Hill Park. Follow the next left to Mills Spring Camp
