Description

A non-profit professional Actors' Equity theater company with programming which includes site-specific productions, New Jersey premieres of contemporary plays and reinterpretations of the classics. Princeton Rep also produced a full summer season of free professional Shakespeare, the Princeton Rep Shakespeare Festival.


Library parking is available in the Spring Street municipal lot located adjacent to the library. Drivers can enter the lot from Spring Street or through the library access driveway off Wiggins Street. Library card holders who are residents of the Princeton Township or Borough can have their  tickets validated for 2 hours of free parking, all others will receive 1/2 hour of free parking if they use the Spring Street municipal lot.


The Princeton Public Library is located at 65 Witherspoon Street, at the corner of Witherspoon and Wiggins Streets, in Princeton Borough.


In her recently released memoir “A Mountain of Crumbs,” Gorokhova tells of 1960s Leningrad, where the author discovers that beauty and passion can be found in unexpected places in Soviet Russia. Gorokhova grew up in what is now known as St. Petersburg and at age 24 married an American, coming to the U.S. with only one suitcase to start a new life. She lives in New Jersey.
