Our vision statement (above) is an important description of the church in both concept, present reality and future purpose.  Also, the word "community" in our name is important because the ministry of this congregation is to resist artificial barriers and to welcome everyone. Participants in our church community represent many Christian traditions and backgrounds. Our fellowship also includes some who are not explicitly Christian, but find participation in the church's life spiritually meaningful.
