The Speech Garden began when a few parents asked Ellen Holloway to begin a summer camp to help their preschoolers with speech and language delays over the long summer months. That was in 2003! In the years since, we have grown to serve more children and college students in the Charlotte area. In order to continue to grow and further our mission, we officially became a non-profit 501(c)(3) in the summer of 2008.
