The goal of ESNJ is to instill a life long passion for soccer in all children we work with. We recognize that in many cases, parents choose soccer as their child’s first sport to develop motor skills and physical abilities that will assist them throughout their childhood activities.

Because of the importance of soccer in early childhood, we believe it is essential to provide a positive experience for children so their enjoyment of soccer, and of all sport, continues to develop with age.

ESNJ provides a safe, positive learning environment that allows players to develop through the principles of hard work and commitment. ESNJ is committed to bringing out the best in all our players regardless of age or ability, on the field through skill development and positive reinforcement, as well as off the field by developing confidence and self motivation.

At ESNJ, we pride ourselves on being a professional organization with personable trainers that will add to the quality experience clubs and teams are already providing young players.

Members of the ESNJ team, all highly qualified and with varying expertise within soccer, have a passion for soccer that began at an early age. We credit our coaches and trainers for this and as such, we strive to pass this on to every child that comes through our system.
