Join Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey as we honor local outstanding women on Thursday, April 22 at the Venetian.GSNNJ's largest annual fundraising event, Women of Achievement celebrates five of our neighbors who have made outstanding contributions in their careers, in their communities and far beyond.
Honorees include Sister Mary Elizabeth Lloyd of Morristown, the international mission director of Religious Teachers Filippini, and author of Aids Orphans Rising;
Morris County Freeholder Margaret Nordstrom of Long Valley;
Marlene Bauer Pissott, president and founder of InGroup, Inc. in Wyckoff;
Wendy Shen, of Englewood Cliffs, president and CEO of FLOMO/Nygala Corporation in Teaneck.
Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey also will honor Englewood resident Doris Sanders-Headley, a longtime volunteer for GSNNJ, with the Mitzi Golbek Spirit of Girl Scouting Award.Tickets are $250 for the Circle of Honor Reception and the gala.
