I would not recommend the Technique Swim Camp at Harvard, particularly not to young swimmers (under 10 maybe) who hope to improve techniques.

My son is 7. He joined Stephanie's camp -- this year (2013) the camp is divided into two camps, coach Stephanie's and coach Tim's. The FAQ reads --
"Q. Do you videotape?
A. Swimmers watch themselves on above or underwater video at least once a day depending on their age and goals."

During the 5 days, my son was shown above-water video once, and upon our strong request, shown under-water video once on the fourth day. My son said only the older kids got to watch their underwater videos and got individualized instructions. For his group, it's just drills. On fourth day my husband actually asked Stephanie about this and she said everything was good and every kid was taken care of.

Overall, I don't think my son get what the swimming camp advertises it to be. My son has great endurance already. We had hoped for him to improve on skills thro
