Bowdoin Head Men's and Women's Coach Colin Joyner will direct this adidas Camp. Coach Joyner has spent the past two seasons as the assistant coach at Bowdoin, where he graduated Cum Laude. As a player, he spent his entire career at the top spot in the lineup, qualifying for the NCAA Individual Tournament each year, while earning three All-American selections. Coach Joyner captained the team his last two years and was consistently ranked among the best players in the country. In 2002, he led the Polar Bears to the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament. In his senior year he was honored as the Bowdoin College Male Athlete of the Year, as well as, the Northeast Region Player of the Year and the NESCAC Player of the Year. Colin finished off his collegiate career by being presented with the Clarence Chaffee Award, which is given to the player who shows a high level of tennis along with the highest level of sportsmanship, perhaps the most prestigious of his accolades.
