New England Baseball Academy is a small well equipped indoor training facility located in Waterbury, CT. From our Pro Shop to our free peanuts, NEBA is an all around friendly and accommodating environment for serious players as well as a place to come enjoy a few rounds of pitching on the weekends.

Our facility is well-lit with 17-foot ceilings and 15-foot wide fully equipped cages, that can keep you warm during the winter and out of the rain during the summer. Cage 1 features a bucket-loading full speed baseball machine boasting speeds up to 100 mph and the ability to throw breaking pitches. Cage 2 features a similar baseball machine in addition to the fully capable fast/slow pitch softball machine. NEBA also has Cage 3 for full length live pitching with an indoor simulated pitcher's mound.

People identify the NEBA by it's private instructional programs. And that just fine with head instructor Tommy Ganz. "Some baseball academies have so many camps and programs going on throughout the year, that quality private instruction just gets lost in the chaos. We're all about private instruction...it's all we do."



The NEBA staff takes great pride in the ability to take advanced baseball concepts and communicate them in a way that even the youngest students can comprehend. Amazingly, we have students as young as six years old, and have them understanding key fundamentals of hitting fielding and throwing mechanics.
