On Deck has been running summer baseball camps in the Charlotte area for 10 years. Our staff is made up from our professional On Deck instructors, area high school coaches and area college and high school players. The On Deck Summer Camp, for 6 to 12 year olds, is designed to teach position specific fundamentals based on age and skill level. We will also teach team objectives such as relays, run downs, cut offs and base-running. The campers will benefit from a low 8 to 1 camper/instructor ratio.
