DescriptionThe Clubhouse began its life around 1840 as a pioneer home. It then became the gift shop at Blackcreek Pioneer Village. When the Village reconfigured its entrance, the old structure became redundant whereupon it was transported by huge flatbed trucks to Palgrave where it has served as the clubhouse for the Palgrave Tennis Club since the early 1980’s. The land on which the Clubhouse and courts sit belongs to the Toronto Regional Conservation Authority, the building is owned by the Palgrave Tennis Club. Details
