Open to all campers and interested players throughout summer and fall will be weight lifting, conditioning, jump training, agility training free of charge at scheduled times. This is primarily for seventh grade and above. Please contact me for information or with questions via email so that I may mail schedules out. Also, there will be open gyms and individual skill sessions on certain evenings over summer and early mornings during fall preseason. Each are opportunities to develop skills that will be needed to compete for a position on the WARHAWKS basketball team.
