Falcon Head Coach Joe Rulewich has completed four seasons at the helm of the Peddie boys basketball program. Peddie competes in the extremely competitive Mid-Atlantic Prep League and New Jersey PrepA Division. Former MAPL players have gone on to play at the highest levels of professional and college basketball, including Falcon alumnus, Ibby Jabber, the two-time Ivy League Player of theYear. Rulewich assumed the leadership of the Peddie program after spending eight years coaching at the collegiate level, the past six seasons at Ursinus College.While at Ursinus,Coach “Rule” recruited and coached ten All- Centennial Conference players, five conference Players of theYear, four Division III All-Americans and two Jostens Trophy Finalists for ability, scholarship and community service. In addition, the Bears won three conference championships (2003, 2005, and 2006) and made three trips to the NCAA Division III National Tournament. A 1994 graduate of Haverford College,Rulewich ranks second all-time in steals (204), third in assists (259), fifth in field goal attempts, sixth in three-pointers (103), and 12th in career points (1,011).
