Description

At Arrowhead Camp we are a family. With a maximum of 115 campers, we get to know each and every child. Our staff to camper ratio of better than 1:3 ensures that every camper receives individual attention and instruction. We believe in the long term value of a camp experience for every child, and it is our goal to provide the best possible opportunity for every camper to learn and grow in a safe and happy environment. An Arrowhead camper acquires social, physical, and life skills, all of which contribute to a positive self-image.

Arrowhead Camp offers awards in all activities to encourage and recognize individual participation and achievement. Our campers return home proud of their new skills and accomplishments, with wonderful memories of new friends and experiences, and firmly resolved to return the next summer.

Situated along the shore of Lake of Bays, Arrowhead Campers experience the best Muskoka has to offer. In this ideal environment, Arrowhead Camp provides a safe and exciting summer home for campers and staff.

Based upon a rich tradition of camping, our site has been a host for summer camping for over 50 years, Arrowhead Camp continues to provide outstanding leadership and programs for all of our campers. Our site started as Camp Clovelly, a private camp for girls circa 1954, and became Arrowhead Sailing Camp in 1972. Over the past 33 years, Arrowhead Sailing Camp became Arrowhead Camp and offered a broader and more diverse program.

Campers, staff and Visitors' can see the rich history of the camp during their visits. Many of the original buildings from the Camp Clovelly Era are still around camp. All of the Camper cabins were redesigned and built in the 80's to accommodate for a growing camp population. Our dining hall represents some creative designs and angles and is based off a century farm house.
