Located in East Lyme, CT, Lyme Shores Tennis & Conditioning Center offers six indoor and three outdoor tennis courts, an outdoor pool, and as some of the most advanced fitness equipment in our area.



We offer a multitude of junior tennis clinics, club leagues, fitness classes,  and swimming lessons.



Aside from sports and fitness amenities, Lyme Shores also offers its members a fun place to hang out after a game of tennis or a tough workout session.  Members can socialize in our comfortable lobby or our relaxing outdoor gazebo/grilling area.  Throughout the year, we also host club parties and other fun events!
