Head coach Gene Chizik will be joined by the Tigers' Special Teams Coordinator, Jay Boulware, the Tigers' Coaching Staff and selected special teams guest coaches, including Jamie Kohl, former kicker and Kicking/Punting Camp Professional. The camp is designed for young men in grades 7 through 12 who want to learn fundamentals in kicking, punting and snapping or who wish to improve their techniques. The camp will conclude at 5:00 p.m. on the 18th.Our Tiger Football Camp is "instruction intensive." Each camper will receive as much individual instruction on football fundamentals and techniques as possible during the six available practice sessions. Our camp is a "non-contact" camp. Campers will be broken into practice groups according to grade classification. This camp is for grades 4 through 12 as of Fall 2010. Grades 4 through 6 will compete in Punt / Pass / Kick competitions. The camp will conclude at Noon on the 9th.
I am aware that Coach’s Camp involves competition and sometimes physical contact with and against other participants and that there are inherent dangers and risk of injury involved with such activities. The dangers, hazards and risks may arise from my Child’s own actions, inactions, or negligence as well as from the actions, inactions or negligence of others, or the condition of the premises. I also acknowledge and understand that there may be other dangers, hazards or risks not presently known or reasonably foreseeable. Participation in Coach’s Camp includes travel to and from Coach’s Camp. Therefore, I, for myself and on behalf of my Child, voluntarily accept and assume all risk of injury, loss of life or damage to property arising out of training, preparing, participating and traveling to or from Coach’s Camp.
