West River center is a beautiful setting for summer camp. Camps begin Sunday afternoon and conclude on Friday evening. The Camp offerings include a general camp program for ages 8-18 (Discovery Camps) and specialty camps including Sailing (grades 8-12), Bicycling (one trip across the Eastern Shore of MD and one trip from Washington DC to Pittsburgh), Music, Art and Drama Camps, Kayak Camp, Road Trip Camp, Mini Week for First time campers, and there is also a one week camp for Grandparents and Grandchildren!

Campers stay in one of our comfortable log lodges or the air-conditioned Retreat Center. Each bedroom has two bunk beds and campers are grouped four to a room. Community bathrooms are down the hall. Delicious meals and snacks are prepared by a professional staff and served in the main dining hall.
