Inawendiwin is 475 acres of sandy pine barren environment, wild blueberry, laurel, pine and oak forests and insect eating plants (Lou Henry Hoover Wildlife sanctuary). Six heated buildings, three units with acorn cabins, two units of platform tents, “pitch your own tent” sites, archery range, Trading Post, nature center and nature trails.
Girl Scouts of Central & Southern NJ offers girls an exciting summer resident camp and 3 day camps. Girls have never had so many options, with over 90 different activities and programs being offered. This year we made a special effort to create and include programs suggested by the girls. GSCSNJ camps lay the foundation for girls to learn independence, leadership and personal strenght as they enjoy new and old friendships. Our camp philosophy reflects our mission statement and ensures that every girl has the opportunity to enjoy a happy and healthy summer while develop new interests and acquiring new skills.
