Camp Sky Meadows is located at 5,600 feet elevation in the Barton Flats area of the San Bernardino Mountains. Our camp provides natural beauty, fine group accommodations, and splendid recreational opportunities. The camp is owned by the Pasadena Methodist Foundation and is operated by the First United Methodist Church of Pasadena. The camp is available year round for all churches, schools and groups.
Camp is a place where people can escape the pressures of urban life and find peace and solitude in natural surroundings.
Our Camp offers a perfect retreat for groups up to150 people. The facilities consist of a main dining hall, kitchen, two lodges, four dormitory style cabins, picnic areas and a BBQ area that’s great for cooking for large groups.
Camp offers a wide variety of activities from swimming, camp-fires, outdoor cooking, sleep-outs, volleyball, tug of war, softball, horseshoes and hiking. And that’s not all we also offer a children’s playground, a circa 1800 cabin, and a hillside amphitheater that makes a perfect location for campfire sing-a-longs and worship services.
Don’t forget your mountain bikes; we have some of the best bike trails around. You can travel through valleys and along ridge tops, through woodlands, sage scrub and grasslands. We have over sixty miles of trails and fire roads that provide excellent opportunities for viewing wildlife and native plants.
