The Harmony Schools, was founded in 1981, and grew to 6 centers by 1994. Currently operating at two sites, in the Princeton Forrestal Village and Foxmoor in Robbinsville,

Executive Director, Lisa Forrester, believes that a good nursery school curriculum is at the core of a full service child care center. Working and non-working parents want reliable, high quality programs, where their children will be nurtured, kept safe and stimulated, while learning everything possible to make them successful in school and in life.

Because Harmony is founded upon well reasoned business practices, as well as sound developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum, teachers and teacher assistants thrive along with their students in the environment. Their classrooms are stable, without the chaos that can prevail when childcare programs do not have the practical policies in place to maintain an efficient program. Teachers and assistants who have career security and opportunities to learn and grow themselves do not "burn out or turnover" with regularity.

Harmony Schools has been recognized nationally by the United States Chamber of Commerce, receiving the coveted Blue Chip Enterprise Award, and has been named three times by INC Magazine to the "Inc 500" recognizing quality growth in small business.
