Description

If you are trying to “Google” directions, the closest major landmarks to camp are Franklin Pierce University and the Cathedral of the Pines. Lapham Lane is the closest turn to the Starfish driveway off of East Monomonac Road.

Google and Mapquest will all try to send you through Fitchburg on Rt. 32. We HIGHLY recommend changing this to Rt 119 if you are coming from the eastern part of MA!

Take I-95 North to exit 29B onto Rt. 2 West towards Concord/Fitchburg. When you arrive at the Concord Rotary, take the second exit off the rotary for Rt. 119. Follow Rt. 119 into New Hampshire (it is about an hour and a half drive). Continue with “Local Directions” below.

Take I-495 to Rt. 2 West towards Fitchburg. From Rt. 2, take exit 31B for Rt. 12 North towards Fitchburg. After about 1.5 miles, make a right onto Bemis Rd. which becomes the John Fitch Highway. Turn Right onto Rt. 31, after about 4.5 miles make a slight left onto Rt. 119. Continue with “Local Directions” below.

coming from Boston, take I-90 WEST to I-95 N (see above). Coming east from Western MA or CT, take I-90 to I-495 (see above).

As you travel on 119, approximately 2 minutes after crossing the NH border, you will see a large blue “Welcome to New Hampshire” sign on your right. Follow Rt. 119 for 2.5 more miles until you see the huge sign on your left for BOSS construction company. The road for camp (East Monomonac Rd.) is the first street on the left after the BOSS sign. Take the left turn onto East Monomonac and follow this road for about 1.5 miles. Camp Starfish is on the right.
