Description

Princeton Forrestal Center was initially conceived in the early 1970s by The Trustees of Princeton University as a means to influence the shape and pattern of development in central New Jersey. The original master planning was done by Sasaki Associates of Watertown, Massachusetts. The entire project and many of its individual components have received international recognition.

Welcome to Princeton Forrestal Center, Princeton University’s 2,200 acre planned mixed-use development project located a few miles north of its main campus in Princeton, New Jersey. This award winning complex, among other features, contains over 6,000,000 square feet of campus-like office and research space.

Today there are over 6,000,000 square feet of office/research space either completed or planned. The Princeton Forrestal Center community is home to over 175 companies. Our business roster ranges from Fortune 500 companies to the smaller start-up firms. All industry sectors are represented - from the pharmaceutical industry to biotechnology, banking, finance and investment, educational and non-profits. Over 500 acres have been set aside as permanent open space and woodland. The Delaware and Raritan Canal Park forms the western boundary of Princeton Forrestal Center.
